Job summary

Sscegypt is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect and Technical Team Lead to serve as the technical mastermind for large-scale projects. You will define the technical vision, drive architecture across Cloud, Microservices, and Integration Platforms, and guide multi-disciplinary teams from concept through delivery.

You will lead architecture governance, ADRs, and best practices, while mentoring senior developers, engineering leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software development and solution architecture experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience designing architectures with modern software technologies.
• Networking and systems knowledge related to deployment and architecture design.
• Proven track record leading large technical projects.
• Ability to align business strategy with technical implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with agile/SAFe delivery at scale.
• Experience in government or enterprise systems integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for large projects.
• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure solutions across platforms.
• Own ADRs and enforce governance, patterns, and development standards.
• Lead large project teams, mentor senior developers and tech leads.
• Drive architecture governance, reviews, and maintainability.
• Escalate and unblock technical challenges; manage technical debt.
