Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Digital Copywriter/Senior Digital Copywriter to join the growing Copy and Translation team. You will craft clear, persuasive content for Help Center, campaigns, and multi-channel communications, translating complex product logic into actionable guidance while aligning with brand and product goals.

The role requires strong writing skills, Chinese proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced crypto fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, journalism, UX writing, or related content roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, English, or related field.
• Ability to Integrate AI Workflows to optimise work delivery performance.
• Chinese language proficiency including ability to read/understand Chinese PRDs.
• Experience in cryptocurrency/fintech or traditional finance is preferred.
• Product-oriented writer with understanding of product workflows and user journey.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, user-friendly Help Center content translating complex product logic into actionable guidance.
• Craft original campaign messaging reflecting brand values and marketing objectives.
• Create engaging copy across channels: websites, system communications, email campaigns, UX/UI.
• Edit and enhance existing content for consistency with marketing strategy and tone.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers for clear messaging for users and traders.
• Work with UX designers, marketers, and SMEs to ensure on-brand, cohesive content.
