Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Digital Copywriter to join our Copy and Translation team in Abu Dhabi. You will craft clear, engaging content for help articles, campaigns, and product communications, translating complex features into user-friendly guidance.

You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, marketers, and Chinese-speaking stakeholders to ensure content is on-brand, accurate, and optimized for conversion across web, email, and UX/UI channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in copywriting/journalism/UX writing or closely related content roles.
• Bachelor's degree as specified in the requirements.
• Experience translating complex product logic into clear, user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, user-friendly Help Center and knowledge base content.
• Craft campaign messaging reflecting brand values and marketing objectives.
• Produce persuasive copy across channels (web, emails, UX/UI) per style guide.
• Edit content to ensure consistency with strategy, tone and positioning.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, marketers, and SMEs to align content with outcomes.
• Ensure content remains on-brand and visually cohesive with UI components.
