Job summary

Sarwa Digital Wealth Limited is seeking a Marketing Copywriter to craft clear, engaging fintech content across newsletters, CRM, social, and product launches. You will turn complex financial topics into accessible copy, own campaigns from concept to execution, and shape lifecycle messaging for onboarding, activation, and re-engagement.

You’ll collaborate with Creative and Growth Marketing, Product, Advisory, and CX, bringing ideas and feedback while maintaining editorial quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role.
• A strong body of published work across newsletters, articles, scripts, social content, or blog.
• Experience writing across multiple formats and channels.
• Curiosity about what makes content work on different platforms.
• Comfort with performance data, hypothesis testing, and iterating based on results.
• Strong editorial judgment: know when to explain, simplify, or drop an idea.
• Ability to work in a regulated industry and communicate financial topics accurately.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a pipeline and priorities.
• Comfortable collaborating with other writers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content across Sarwa’s newsletters, CRM, social, blog, and other channels.
• Turn complex financial topics into simple, accessible content.
• Own copy for product launches and campaigns from concept through execution and follow-up.
• Develop lifecycle content across onboarding, activation, education, re-engagement, and win-back.
• Contribute to social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Reddit.
• Improve content using performance data, search intent, and AI discovery.
• Experiment, learn from performance, and apply insights to future content.
• Foster a strong writing culture by sharing ideas and providing feedback.
• Use AI for brainstorming and research, but ensure final copy is in your own voice.
