Bitcoin Suisse AG in Abu Dhabi is seeking a custody operations expert to act as the in-house subject-matter expert for digital asset custody, linking trading, staking and DeFi services. You will manage and improve the vault solution and client crypto accounts, defining processes around user access, seed handling, and withdrawal controls.

The role requires strong knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain security, risk management, and experience with self-custody.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, cryptography, cybersecurity, risk management.
• Hands-on experience with self-custody and seeds/private keys/wallets.
• Experience with custody solutions, hardware wallets, cold storage and multi-party transaction governance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as in-house subject-matter expert in digital asset custody. Bridge trading, staking and DeFi services.
• Improve institutional-grade custody service and client-controlled vault solution and crypto accounts.
• Manage custody-related operational processes including user and policy management, seed/wallet management, and withdrawal-address whitelisting with time-locks.
