First Abu Dhabi Bank invites applications for the Specialist Asset Servicing role within the Funds Custody & Issuer Services department in Abu Dhabi. You will drive end-to-end corporate actions processing and client service quality in a fast-paced custody operations team.

The role requires deep knowledge of corporate actions, swift messaging, and reconciliation across local and international markets, with strong controls and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years related work experience in security services or back-office operations.
• 5+ years of experience in security services and/or back-office operations.
• Solid understanding of securities services and related accounting activities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end corporate actions processing across domestic, regional and international markets.
• Monitor and process corporate actions among equities, funds, fixed income and ETFs.
• Reconcile client positions with sub-custodians and markets; post accruals and entitlements.
• Coordinate with markets, sub-custodians, brokers, issuers to ensure timely processing.
• Support Tax Reclaims, Proxy Services, and SWIFT processing; escalate discrepancies.
• Assist AVP and senior staff; participate in projects and process improvements.
