Job summary

Raj Stones seeks a hands-on Crusher Plant Operator/Maintainer to join its UAE operations. The role requires practical experience with cone, jaw, VSI crushers and screening equipment, plus trouble shooting of associated machinery.

The ideal candidate will understand multi-stage crushing, plant throughput, and safety procedures in a quarry environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operation and maintenance of crusher plants.
• Hands-on experience with cone, jaw, VSI crushers and screening equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot jaw crushers, grizzly feeders, vibration feeders, conveyor gear boxes, and screens.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain crusher plant systems efficiently.
• Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs on crushers and associated equipment.
• Monitor and optimize throughput of multi-stage crushing and screening units.

Crusher plant operation & maintenance:

1. Well understanding the operation and maintenance of the crusher plant.
2. Hands on experience in cone crusher, Jaw crusher, VSI & screening plant
3. Good knowledge in trouble shooting of jaw crusher, grizzly feeder, vibration feeder, cone crusher, VSI, vibration screens, and conveyer gear box.
