Job description

Maintain and repair crushing & screening equipment: jaw crushers, cone crushers, impactors, screens, feeders, conveyors.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and lubrication systems; perform bearing, belt, liner, and wear‑part replacements.
• Execute daily checks, vibration monitoring (basic), greasing schedules, and PM tasks.
• Keep maintenance logs, parts requisitions, and report abnormal trends.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4–6 years in quarry/crusher maintenance.
• Knowledge of OEM specs, torque procedures, alignment, welding/brazing basics (advantage).
• Physical fitness for outdoor, dusty environments; strict safety adherence.
