Sunreef Yachts Eco is seeking an Operations Assistant to support cross-functional coordination across HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with 1–2 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced international luxury environment, and who is eager to learn and grow.

Based in Ras Al Khaimah, you will chase updates, prepare reports, track deadlines, and help improve internal reporting and communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, coordination, business support, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
• Willing to work from Ras Al Khaimah and 6 days per week.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, confident communicator with a learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on tasks between HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Management.
• Track deadlines, open actions, pending approvals and internal requests.
• Prepare and update reports, trackers, dashboards and summaries.
• Collect information from departments and present clear management reports.
• Escalate delays or missing information when required.
• Assist Operations with daily coordination and administrative tasks.
