Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in boat building, shipyard production, or marine construction.
• Strong understanding of FRP composite construction and marine structural systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production schedules and manufacturing workflow plans.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and production teams.
