Job summary

Sunreef Yachts seeks an experienced Head of Marketing Operations to lead the international marketing operations and oversee global campaigns, communications and events. The role requires managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating activities across markets, ensuring high quality and on-brand delivery.

You will drive yacht launches, international brand initiatives and a consistent customer experience, partnering with Sales, Charter, and dealers while optimizing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience with leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience managing international marketing operations, campaigns and events.
• Background in luxury, automotive, hospitality, yachting or other premium industries preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management and people leadership skills.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Manage team performance, development and accountability across marketing functions.
• Oversee operational marketing budgets, external agencies and supplier relationships.
• Ensure consistent brand standards, quality and timely delivery across all marketing activities.
