Job summary

ADIB invites applications for the role of Service Hub Specialist to ensure smooth delivery of banking services across branches in Abu Dhabi. You will act as central contact for service inquiries, coordinating with ROM, branches and teams to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years in banking, strong communication, and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of banking experience, preferably in customer service or operation.
• Proficiency in banking systems and service platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adaptability to change and proactive attitude toward process improvement.
• Proven ability to handle customers inquiries and escalation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products & services.
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
• Familiarity with Central Bank of UAE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services across branches.
• Act as primary contact for customers; handle inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with ROM, branches and teams for efficient operations.
• Maintain records of daily/monthly service activities and generate reports.
• Prepare reports on service performance and customer feedback.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive service improvements.
• Support compliance with ADIB policies and procedures.
• Assist with ad hoc assignments from line manager.
