Job summary

Galadari Brothers in Dubai seeks a CRM Campaign Manager to support expanding service business to fleet and corporate customers. You will develop customized service packages, coordinate campaigns, and report results across departments.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in admin support, strong English, and proficiency in marketing automation and MS Office. Arabic is a plus and the role is on-site with the group.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills essential.
• Strong experience with Campaign Management/Marketing Automation Platforms.
• Bachelor’s in marketing or communications desirable.
• 2–3 years in administrative support activities is an advantage.
• Interpersonal and deadline-driven with strong communication skills.
• Arabic and English essential, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Contact Rent a car companies, fleet customers, insurance companies and government establishments for potential service business.
• Assist in developing customized service packages for fleet/corporate customers.
• Contact lapsed customers and offer special prices/packages to bring them back.
• Promote service contracts and extended warranty to retail customers.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to service manager; gather competitors’ pricing/campaigns.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments per CCD requests.
• Execute CRM campaigns as per instructions and ensure full tracking.
• Assist Service Manager with day-to-day coordination across departments.
• Liaise with stakeholders to create meaningful campaign performance reports.
• Handle customer problems and complaints; perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

To support in expanding Car Bodyworx service business to potential fleet/ corporate customers.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Contact Rent a car companies, fleet customers, insurance companies and government establishments for potential service business.
• Assist in developing customized service packages for fleet/corporate customers.
• Contact lapsed customers and offer them special prices/packages to bring them back.
• Promote service contract and extended warranty to retail customers.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to service manager. Gather competitors’ pricing/ campaigns.
• Follow up with customer in case of any overdue payments based on request from CCD.
• Execute CRM campaigns as per the instructions.
• Ensure full tracking of executed campaigns.
• Assisting the Service Manager in day-to-day coordination with other departments.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to help create meaningful reports on Campaign Performance.
• Handling & communicating with customers’ problems and complaints.
• Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
