Job summary

DRL Marketing Management in Dubai is seeking a CRM Executive to maintain and optimize the company’s CRM system. You will ensure data accuracy, generate routine reports, and support cross-department collaboration to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines, including weekends when required. English communication must be clear, and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• CRM or similar administrative/data management role experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays when required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Update and manage CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Lead distribution Across whole process.
• Excellent Excel knowledge.
• Organize and maintain agent databases.
• Identify and communicate errors or discrepancies in data to relevant users.
• Update and monitor spreadsheets related to CRM activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely responses to requests.
• Support process improvements and assist with CRM system updates as required.
