Big Ticket LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer - CRM & Customer Communications to lead the creative development for CRM across Email and WhatsApp, translating briefs into on-brand, high-impact visuals. You will own end-to-end design, maintain scalable templates, and collaborate with the CRM and Marketing teams to drive engagement and conversion.

The role requires a strong portfolio in CRM and marketing communications, expert Adobe Creative Suite skills, and UX/UI sensibilities.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in Graphic Design with a CRM/marketing focus.
Portfolio showing CRM emails, WhatsApp assets, and customer journeys.
Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the creative development and execution of CRM communications across Email and WhatsApp.
Translate briefs into high-quality, on-brand creative aligned with objectives.
Own end-to-end design from concept to delivery with timely execution.
Collaborate with CRM Manager and Marketing to deliver engaging communications.
Develop scalable templates, components, and best practices for CRM channels.
Optimize creative based on performance, insights, and testing.
Stay updated on CRM design trends and best practices.
Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Support broader Marketing with digital content and campaign collateral.
