Job summary

Burj Line Builders is seeking a Credit & Collection & Customer Relations Executive to manage customer accounts, pursue outstanding payments, and deliver professional service. The role requires strong communication, collections experience, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining statements, handling inquiries, generating reports, and supporting sales with account information while coordinating with Finance and Sales Administration teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, finance, or related field.
• Experience in credit and collections, customer service, administration, or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Credit & Collections: follow up on overdue invoices and maintain statements.
• Customer Service & Relationship Management: handle inquiries and build relationships.
• Administration & Data Management: maintain records and reports.
• Sales & Commercial Support: assist sales with account information and follow-ups.
• Team & Operational Support: coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
