Job summary

Inception42, a G42 company, seeks a Credit Expert to serve as the Product SME for Alpha, our investment and credit AI product. You will translate how banks assess corporate borrowers into reusable product capabilities, shaping what Alpha understands and how its workflows behave.

Embedded in the product team, you will collaborate with PM, Design, Engineering and Science to convert banking knowledge into requirements, reference examples and quality standards, and work with bank users to validate

Qualifications

• Translate banking knowledge into product requirements for credit and lending workflows.
• Define reference workflows, annotations, and examples for product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with bank users to validate choices and prioritize capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Map how bankers assess borrowers and identify information and decisions in lending.
• Translate credit assessment practices into configurable product requirements.
• Create reference workflows, papers, and worked examples to guide development.
• Define templates, risk inputs, and approval steps for different banks.
• Collaborate on prototypes, user stories, and acceptance criteria with design and engineering.
• Lead domain discovery with bank users and design partners.
