HireAlpha seeks a Lead Product Owner with 10–12 years in BFSI to own end-to-end credit assessment, scoring, and bureau integration pipelines (CIBIL, Experian, etc.). You will bridge business strategy, engineering, and data privacy, driving real-time underwriting workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Fintech/Banking product management with REST APIs and APIs.
• Deep domain expertise in Credit Bureau Operations (CIBIL/Experian, etc.).
• Proven experience leading Scrum teams and agile delivery.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Responsabilités

• Define functional requirements and user stories for core data APIs and developer lifecycle stages.
• Lead backlog across multiple sprints and prioritize with MoSCoW methods.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and CX teams to align strategy.
• Oversee integration workflows (MuleSoft, Azure APIM, UAE Pass).
• Ensure UAE Data Residency and security policies compliance.
