Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in product management with ownership of complex financial products.
• Experience in institutional investment or credit workflows and AI-powered products.
• Ability to drive product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with analysts, portfolio managers, and risk teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to prototype workflows and validate hypotheses.

Aufgaben

• Define Alpha's vision, target segments, differentiation, and roadmap, aligning with customer needs and AI capabilities.
• Own requirements for opportunity screening, research, due diligence, and investment committee materials.
• Translate user needs into AI requirements, including models, RAG, context, memory, and tool use.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, Science, and Growth; mentor PMs.
• Measure task success, adoption, and unit economics to guide prioritization and performance.
