Job summary

Inception42, a G42 company, seeks a Senior Manager - Investment AI Platform to translate investment practice into product requirements within the (in)Alpha product team. You will work with product, engineering, AI, growth, and client investment teams to align workflows from screening to portfolio monitoring.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in private equity, private credit, growth equity, or institutional investment.
• Experience preparing and defending investment committee materials.
• Familiar with data rooms, diligence trackers, and portfolio reporting.
• Ability to translate investment judgment into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define module behavior against real investment practice, including screening and diligence workstreams.
• Author reference artefacts guiding product development, memos, criteria, and benchmarks.
• Refine backlog with product and engineering to answer practitioner questions.
• Pressure-test proposed features against governance, processes and decisions.
• Review AI-generated memos, summaries, metrics and ensure analytical soundness.
• Set standards for citation, traceability and source transparency.
• Lead investment-domain contributions to demos and client conversations.
• Manage design-partner relationships and convert evidence into product input.
• Advise on templates, taxonomies, and decision criteria within the platform.
