Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, marketing, or creative services.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of creative projects from brief to delivery.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams to progress tasks.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, and deliverable deadlines.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Escalate risks or delays to Project Managers when identified.
• Maintain records within project management tools and governance standards.
