Confidential Careers in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support planning and execution of marketing initiatives, events, exhibitions, and community engagement activities. This hands-on role collaborates with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

You will coordinate suppliers, manage event logistics, oversee on-site setup, track timelines, process requests, and maintain trackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, event management, project coordination, or related areas.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Proven experience managing vendors and delivering events from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with suppliers, agencies, printers, stand builders, and production partners from quotation stage through project completion.
• Manage event and exhibition logistics, including venue coordination, branding, materials, transportation, and guest arrangements.
• Oversee on‑site event setup and execution, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow‑ups with internal and external stakeholders.
• Obtain quotations, process purchase requests, and monitor invoices and payments.
• Maintain project trackers, supplier databases, and departmental calendars.
• Manage branded merchandise, marketing collateral, and inventory of promotional materials.
• Support CSR initiatives, community engagement programs, and corporate events.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing & Communications team.
