Mastercard in Dubai is seeking a Creative Associate Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end delivery of marketing and creative services. You will work with Project Managers, Creative Leads, and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.

The role emphasizes strong organization, multitasking, and proactive communication; you’ll help maintain schedules, budgets, and governance, while continuously improving workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, marketing, creative services, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Salesforce) is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day coordination of creative projects from brief to delivery.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams to progress tasks.
• Help monitor schedules, resource allocation, and due dates.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Escalate risks or delays to Project Managers when identified.
• Maintain records within project management tools.
• Ensure compliance with ACD processes and governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows.
