Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact creative programs. You will coordinate across creative, strategy and production teams, manage client communications, budgets and timelines, and ensure on-brand, timely delivery for campaigns and initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in creative services or project management within advertising or agencies, a Bachelor’s degree, and superb English communication. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative services, account, or project management within advertising or creative agencies.
• Strong ability to manage complex projects end-to-end with multitasking and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to brief creative teams clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of creative projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Track budgets, timelines, and resources; escalate issues to senior leads as needed.
• Lead client communication on project-level matters and maintain clear deliverables and timelines.
• Develop and manage project briefs translating client needs into direction for teams.
• Coordinate across creative, strategy, and production teams to drive delivery.
