Job summary

Solutions Leisure Group is seeking a Creative Manager to lead the in-house creative department. You will oversee multiple brands, shape visual direction, and guide a team of designers delivering high-quality creative work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a creative leadership or senior design role, preferably within F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or branding agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, concept development, campaign creativity, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent knowledge of graphic design, typography, layout, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience mentoring a team of designers and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on thinker with a strong eye for detail and brand building.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee creative projects across multiple F&B and lifestyle brands within the group.
• Develop and execute creative concepts, brand identities, and visual directions for new venue openings and rebranding projects.
• Drive the creative direction of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.
• Lead the development of creative presentations, concept decks, mood boards, and brand guidelines.
• Oversee the production of digital and print collaterals, social media content, and marketing materials.
• Guide, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Manage creative workloads, timelines, and project priorities across the department.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to continuously elevate the group's brands.
