Job summary

LPM Restaurant & Bar is seeking a co-leader for Le Caf LPM in Dubai, sharing responsibility with the Brand Executive Chef for brand guardianship, operations, people, and performance. You will implement the CEO's strategy and report directly to him, guiding growth across markets as the concept scales.

High-impact leadership is required: drive brand identity, operational excellence, and profitable growth while ensuring cultural relevance across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

• Own brand strategy, identity, and governance across markets.
• Lead all department heads; inspire and build a culture with high standards.
• Own the critical path for openings, end-to-end, ensuring consistency across locations.
• Own P&L, drive profitability and tight cost/inventory control for existing and future projects.

You are the co-leader of Le Caf LPM alongside the Brand Executive Chef - each owning a distinct remit You are the business guardian of the brand the operations the people and the performance - starting in Dubai and scaling across every market we enter You execute the CEO s strategy and report directly to him

REPORT TO

Chief Executive Officer 6-8 years in brand management, concept development, or multi-site F&B operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record leading cross-functional teams, managing new openings, dealing with landlords, managing Architects, Interior designers, project managers and while maintaining brand integrity across markets. Financially literate, culturally fluent, and comfortable operating across international markets. Mobility is essential.
