Job summary

Solutions Leisure Group Dubai UAE is seeking a talented Creative Manager to join our in-house creative department. You will lead across multiple F&B and lifestyle brands, guiding a team of designers, shaping visual direction, and delivering high-quality creative work for diverse concepts.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on design, strong leadership, and excellent communication to mentor the team and collaborate with stakeholders from Creative Director to Marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a creative leadership or senior design role within F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or branding agencies.
• Strong portfolio showing branding concept development and visual storytelling.
• Excellent knowledge of graphic design, typography, layout and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience mentoring a team of designers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on creative thinker with strong eye for detail and brand building.

Our in-house creative team is responsible for bringing these brands to life through strategic creative direction brand development marketing campaigns and the production of digital and print communications across our portfolio.

The Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Creative Manager to join our in-house creative department. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creative thinking with excellent leadership project management and hands-on design skills.

As Creative Lead you will oversee creative projects across multiple brands drive visual direction and guide a team of designers in delivering high-quality creative work. You will work closely with the Creative Director and internal stakeholders playing an integral role in shaping existing brands and developing exciting new concepts from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee creative projects across multiple F&B and lifestyle brands within the group.
• Develop and execute creative concepts brand identities and visual directions for new venue openings and rebranding projects.
• Drive the creative direction of marketing campaigns ensuring consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.
• Lead the development of creative presentations concept decks mood boards and brand guidelines.
• Oversee the production of digital and print collaterals social media content and marketing materials.
• Guide mentor and manage a team of graphic designers ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Manage creative workloads timelines and project priorities across the department.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director Marketing Operations and other internal teams.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to continuously elevate the groups brands.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a creative leadership or senior design role preferably within F&B hospitality lifestyle or branding agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding concept development campaign creative and visual storytelling.
• Excellent knowledge of graphic design typography layout and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign).
• Experience managing or mentoring a team of designers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive hands-on creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for building brands.

The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically lead confidently and still get hands-on when great creative work calls for it.
