Job summary

HR Source Consulting is seeking a Design Director for a leading branding agency. The role involves guiding design teams, shaping concepts, and delivering award-winning branding solutions for clients.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will uphold company values, recruit and mentor designers, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with production teams across branding, environments, and media.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Core Values of the Company
• Provide design leadership, vision and produce conceptual ideas
• Create concepts and execute design solutions for clients
• Establish and help with thematic and concept creation for graphic, environmental, and media design
• Develop new ways to visualize and document design and brand concepts
• Present concepts to clients and supporting design teams
• Support the coordination of projects and facilitate communications with the various project and production teams
• Help recruit new designers and act as a leader in setting and nurturing the company’s culture
• Monitor and manage budgets and schedules for projects at all phases of development
• Reporting to the Creative Director.
