Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Creative Director to lead brand strategy, creative direction and the execution of branding and design projects.

You will translate business objectives into compelling concepts, guide the creative team from briefing to delivery, and present strategies to clients. This client-facing role requires strong presentation skills and the ability to contribute to sales discussions and project estimations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Creative Director or senior creative leader in branding/marketing
• Strong portfolio showing brand strategy, concept thinking and execution
• Ability to develop brand strategies and lead projects from concept to delivery
• Experience managing creative teams and presenting to clients
• Excellent communication, organization and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Creative Direction: lead brand strategies, positioning and creative direction aligned with business goals.
• Creative Briefing & Task Management: translate scopes into clear briefs and assign tasks with quality standards.
• Creative Team Leadership & Quality Control: mentor designers, review concepts and ensure client-ready deliverables.
• Client Communication & Sales Support: participate in meetings, present recommendations, support pitches.
• Collaboration & Creative Oversight: coordinate with PMs and other departments for timely delivery.
