Job summary

Solutions Leisure Group Dubai UAE is seeking a talented Creative Manager to join our in-house creative department. You will lead across multiple F&B and lifestyle brands, guiding a team of designers, shaping visual direction, and delivering high-quality creative work for diverse concepts.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on design, strong leadership, and excellent communication to mentor the team and collaborate with stakeholders from Creative Director to Marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a creative leadership or senior design role within F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or branding agencies.
• Strong portfolio showing branding concept development and visual storytelling.
• Excellent knowledge of graphic design, typography, layout and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience mentoring a team of designers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on creative thinker with strong eye for detail and brand building.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee creative projects across multiple brands.
• Develop and execute brand identities and visual directions for new openings and rebrands.
• Drive marketing campaign visuals and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Create presentations, mood boards, and brand guidelines.
• Oversee production of digital and print collaterals and social content.
• Mentor and manage a design team, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate workloads and priorities across the department.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and internal teams.
• Contribute fresh ideas to elevate the brands.
