You will manage food costs, ensure health and safety standards, and train junior staff while building relationships with local suppliers to secure fresh produce and maintain presentation quality.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Excellent culinary skills with knowledge of different cooking techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
