Work standard is seeking an experienced Executive Chef in El-Fujairah to lead kitchen operations, develop menus, and ensure quality across all dishes. The role focuses on high standards, team leadership, and strategic menu planning in a dynamic catering setting.

The successful candidate will manage health and safety compliance, optimize stock and portion control, and mentor kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive chef in catering or similar environment.
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine and current trends in food prep and presentation.
• Experience cooking for large groups or events is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing new menus regularly to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate closely with other chefs to maintain top quality.
• Ensure all ingredients meet health and safety standards.
• Monitor portion control, waste, stock levels and storage procedures.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed.
