Job summary

JobCenter in El-Fujairah, UAE is seeking an experienced chef to join our fast-paced kitchen. The role requires flexibility, strong kitchen and people skills, and a creative approach to menu development to attract customers.

You will manage inventory, order supplies, cost recipes, and supervise kitchen staff while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. A minimum of 3 years in a restaurant kitchen is expected; foreign nationals are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen.
• Knowledge of menu development and nutrition/health regulations.
• Strong kitchen hygiene and cleanliness practices.
