The role involves day-to-day kitchen management, stock ordering, cost control and ensuring health and safety

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Ability to create and follow recipes and maintain quality.
• Menu planning, ingredient sourcing and staff management.
• Good level of English; Arabic helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure high quality dishes.
• Order stock, monitor costs and enforce health & safety regulations.
• Set up kitchen equipment following established guidelines.
• Keep up with culinary trends by researching recipes and attending shows.
