ConFlip is seeking a talented African Chef in Abu Dhabi to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook a wide range of African dishes, contribute to menu development, and ensure high standards of quality and presentation.

You will also manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficient kitchen operations. The role requires hands-on cooking proficiency, strong hygiene knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an African Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Proficient in preparing and cooking a variety of traditional African dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays if needed.
