Job summary

AECOM in Dubai is seeking an Associate in Cost Management focused on masterplanning and infrastructure. The role involves delivering cost management services across multiple projects with minimal supervision, while leading and mentoring a project team and acting as project manager on up to three active commissions.

You will manage scope, schedule and budget, coordinate client approvals for changes, and ensure contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of post-graduate experience on masterplanning or infrastructure projects.
• MRICS accreditation or an ongoing path towards it.
• Experience leading teams and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery on multiple masterplanning or infrastructure projects.
• Act as project manager on up to three active commissions.
• Oversee scope, schedule and budget with minimal supervision.
• Allocate resources and mentor project teams.
