Phoenician Technical Services in Dubai is seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer to join our team. You will monitor project expenditure, budgets, commitments, and cost forecasts, and prepare monthly cost reports to support financial decision-making on multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field and 2–3 years of cost control experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related engineering field.
• Professional certification in Cost Control, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction and project cost control principles.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
• A team player with proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Monitor project expenditure, budgets, commitments, and cost forecasts.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analyses, cash-flow forecasts, and estimate-at-completion reports.
• Track project profitability and identify potential budget overruns and cost-saving opportunities.
• Review BOQs, contract requirements, project scope, and budget revisions.
• Monitor procurement costs, purchase orders, material consumption, and subcontractor expenses.
• Track project variations and assess their financial impact.
• Analyze labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs against project performance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, Stores, Finance, and Planning teams.
• Maintain accurate cost records, forecasts, and supporting documentation.
• Support internal and external audits when required.
