Job summary

BD SELECT is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for its perfume/cosmetics division. The role leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and reporting to support executive decision-making.

The CFO will oversee accounting, compliance with GAAP/IFRS, cash flow management, and treasury, while building a high-performing finance team and ensuring internal controls and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Finance, Economics, or related field; Masters preferred.
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive financial management experience, with 5+ years in leadership in perfume/cosmetics/luxury.
• Deep knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP, Excel and financial modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: develop and implement financial strategies aligned with long-term objectives.
• FP&A: lead budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and scenario planning for senior leadership.
• Accounting & Compliance: oversee AP/AR, payroll, GL; ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Cash Flow & Treasury: manage cash flow planning, capital allocation, debt facilities, and risk controls.
