Job summary

Career Raiser seeks a Group CFO reporting to the Board to oversee all financial processes, risk management, and strategy across the group in Dubai. You will guide short and long-term financial performance, budgeting, banking relationships, and financing policies.

The role demands 10–15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior finance position, plus strong expertise in project finance, treasury, and internal controls. CPA/CFA/ACCA/CA credentials are expected.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in finance
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance role
• Solid experience in project finance, treasury, portfolio management, accounting, controlling, advisory and internal controls
• Family office experience essential
• Candidates should hold CPA, CFA, ACCA, CA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for all administrative, financial and risk management for the group.
• Development of financial and operational strategy across the business.
• Oversee financial performance and long-term planning.
• Prepare, monitor and update budgets and business plans.
• Maintain banking relationships and financing policies/procedures.
• Manage cash including working capital facilities, deposits and collections.
• Ensure sound risk management to mitigate key risk elements.
• Oversee legal issues and establish reliable controls.
• Ensure timely, relevant and accurate financial reporting to management, board, shareholders and lenders.
• Governance and compliance management.
• Responsible for overall accounting activities for the group.
• Internal audit and internal control management.
