Job summary

Jizan Perfumes LLC in Dubai seeks a strategic Finance Leader to steer the finance function and align financial strategies with growth plans. You will report to the Managing Director and lead a team of 20-25 finance professionals.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, accounting, taxation, audit, and reporting, while ensuring IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax compliance and strong internal controls. Collaboration across departments is essential to drive performance and investor value.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of combined finance/accounting experience.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Designations: ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent; MBA/CMA/CIMA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, accounting, taxation, audit, compliance and reporting activities.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support Board and management decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards and variance analysis to drive corrective actions.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital and financing strategies.
