Job summary

Qualifications

Degree in Chemistry, Cosmeceuticals, Cosmetic Technology or related field.
Deep understanding of personal care cosmetic raw materials and specialty ingredients.
Proven ability to explain technical concepts to brand owners and technical teams.
3–6 years’ experience in personal care raw materials or specialty chemicals.
Experience with innovative global personal care ingredient technologies.

Responsibilities

Technical Presentation: Present scientific features, efficacy data and performance characteristics of our speciality ingredients to target clients (R&D formulators, brand managers, and procurement teams).
Consultative Selling: Understand client formulation challenges and recommend precise ingredient/chemical solutions.
Business Development: Identify market trends, build strong client relationships and drive sales growth of the company.
Product Education: Conduct technical product briefings, live demos and technical discussions with cosmetic chemists.
