Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Cosmeceuticals, Cosmetic Technology or related field.
• Deep understanding of personal care cosmetic raw materials and specialty ingredients.
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts to brand owners and technical teams.
• 3–6 years’ experience in personal care raw materials or specialty chemicals.
• Experience with innovative global personal care ingredient technologies.

• Technical Presentation: Present scientific features, efficacy data and performance characteristics of our speciality ingredients to target clients (R&D formulators, brand managers, and procurement teams).
• Consultative Selling: Understand client formulation challenges and recommend precise ingredient/chemical solutions.
