Agile Consultants in the UAE is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer – Cosmetics to drive B2B sales of specialty chemicals and raw materials to cosmetics and personal-care manufacturers across the UAE.

The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable products, and developing long-term commercial relationships. The ideal candidate has UAE market knowledge, excellent communication, and strong networking abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in cosmetics, beauty, personal care or FMCG industry.
• Experience in B2B sales/business development in specialty chemicals or cosmetic ingredients is advantageous.
• Experience selling to cosmetics/personal-care manufacturers is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Market research to identify cosmetics manufacturers, brands, distributors and retailers in the UAE.
• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, market mapping and outreach.
• Create opportunities with cosmetics and personal-care manufacturing companies.
• Engage with prospective customers to understand needs and purchasing expectations.
• Schedule and coordinate 2–3 client meetings weekly to build relationships and present offerings.
• Support product marketing initiatives and customer engagement campaigns.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain an organized database of customers, prospects, products and market info.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, competitors and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Gather customer insights and communicate internally to support product development and strategy.
• Keep accurate records of interactions, leads, meetings, and market developments; provide updates to management.
