Job summary

Client of Michael Page is seeking a governance professional to support board and committee governance in a growing organization. The role focuses on coordinating meetings, maintaining governance frameworks, and producing regular governance reporting across regional stakeholders.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, ensure rigorous documentation, and collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to embed governance in key initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in corporate governance, company secretarial or compliance functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related governance discipline.
• Proven experience supporting boards and governance reporting processes.
• Excellent written English and documentation/drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate board and committee meetings including agenda, minutes, actions, and follow-up.
• Maintain and enhance governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Prepare governance reports and management information for internal stakeholders and governance committees.
• Monitor compliance with governance processes and ensure documentation approvals and records are accurate.
• Support governance-related due diligence and KYC activities liaising with multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance and commercial teams to embed governance in transactions and initiatives.

• Support governance-related due diligence and KYC activities while liaising with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborate with legal compliance finance and commercial teams to ensure governance requirements are embedded within transaction approval processes committee activities and key corporate initiatives
