Job summary

ONEX Holding in Dubai seeks a Corporate Counsel to serve as a trusted legal partner to the Chairman, senior management, and business units across the Group.

You will support cross‑border transactions, licensing, regulatory and sanctions compliance, and lead legal work on energy, infrastructure, and project delivery, including EPC contracts and financings. You will draft and negotiate commercial, trading, real estate agreements, and manage M&A activity with external counsel.

Qualifications

• Law degree and admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong English written and spoken; Arabic fluency preferred.
• Experience with cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice to senior leadership and business units across the Group.
• Support cross-border transactions, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead legal work on energy, infrastructure, and EPC contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and real‑estate agreements.
• Manage M&A, joint ventures, and financing transactions, including due diligence.
• Maintain standard templates and contract-management workflows.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, trading, shipping, and real‑estate agreements.
• Manage M&A, joint‑venture, and financing transactions, including due diligence and coordination with external counsel.
• Maintain and improve standard contract templates, playbooks, and contract‑management workflows.
