What youll do:

As a key member of our regional communications leadership team you will Develop and execute the communications strategy for the Middle East & Africa region.

• Build Eatons internal and external brand identity ensuring a positive image across all stakeholders.
• Drive employee engagement through impactful internal communications and leadership messaging.
• Elevate Eatons visibility externally through media relations thought leadership and strategic campaigns.
• Manage risk and reputation ensuring consistent messaging during key events.
• Enhance communication processes tools and channels to improve effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Communications Journalism or related field.
• 1015 years of experience in corporate communications or related roles.
• Local market knowledge and experience
• Strong skills in strategic planning storytelling stakeholder engagement media relations and digital communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
