HSBC Holdings plc is seeking an Open Market Advisor to drive acquisition, revolving and borrowing needs for assigned company portfolios. You will manage corporate relationships, promote HSBC products, and guide customers toward Wealth and Private Banking referrals.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of HSBC IWPB offerings and global service standards.
Effective relationship-management and sales capability to achieve acquisition, revolving and borrowing outcomes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement.
High activity discipline and organization to manage pipeline and CRM leads.
Customer focus to provide personalized service and resolve issues within SLA.
Strong risk awareness and adherence to HSBC policies and AML controls.

Responsibilities

Deliver business performance by maximizing opportunities within Open Market portfolio.
Manage assigned company relationships as the primary banking contact.
Identify and develop business opportunities with Open Market and non-Approved Employee List companies.
Understand customer needs and make referrals to Wealth, International Banking Corridors and Private Banking.
Provide personalized customer service and promote digital services; resolve complaints within SLA.
Maintain activity, quality and compliance standards; adhere to Group policies and AML controls.
