Job summary

Bolster Group seeks a Banking Relationship and Onboarding Specialist to support clients in opening and maintaining UAE and Hong Kong bank accounts. You will prepare robust files, liaise with banks, and guide clients through every step until accounts go live.

You will work closely with the compliance team, manage multiple files, and coordinate with the Hong Kong office to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, business, law or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete bank account opening files for clients and companies.
• Present files to banks and coordinate with onboarding teams until accounts are opened.
• Guide clients through bank interviews and explain banks' expectations.
