Job summary

Core Labs in Dubai seeks a Business Officer to support smooth, end-to-end non-technical operations across multiple labs. You will partner with lab directors and Shared Services to ensure compliance, continuity, and service excellence.

You will handle travel, onboarding, procurement, recruitment support, and financial reporting while covering for other Business Officers when needed. A proactive risk-and-improvement mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Degree in a Core Labs-related field preferred Science or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, administration, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of shared services and laboratory operations.
• Excellent knowledge of financial systems such as SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administrative and business operations for Core Labs, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution.
• Coordinate with Core Lab Directors, Shared Services teams, and other stakeholders to support operational objectives and facilitate communication.
• Handle key administrative tasks including travel arrangements, onboarding, office logistics, and inventory management.
• Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, liaising with HR, and assisting with hiring workflows.
• Oversee procurement, shopping carts, reimbursements, invoices, and financial reporting while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare quotations, manage contracts with Legal, and maintain accurate business documentation.
• Identify operational risks, propose solutions, elevate decisions when needed, and support process improvements and SOP development.
