The Senior Quality Control Operator at Kerakoll Group in Dubai leads advanced QC activities to ensure high-quality laboratory results and supports the QC Manager in daily technical coordination. The role provides guidance to QC Operators, conducts first-level troubleshooting, and ensures complete and consistent documentation prior to managerial review.

Competenze

• Solid experience in QC laboratory activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Autonomy in approved test methods and data interpretation.
• Ability to train and support junior staff.
• Familiarity with SAP and basic data input for records verification.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping discipline.

Mansioni

• Perform sampling and physical, chemical and performance testing of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products using approved methods.
• Execute complex, non-routine or high-priority tests independently within established methods and authorization limits.
• Support QC Operators with routine digital workflows and SAP data entry, performing first-level checks on digital records.
• Review laboratory worksheets, calculations and test records for completeness and traceability.
• Support allocation of daily laboratory work and communication of status to the QC Manager.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting for test execution, sample preparation, equipment operation and data-recording issues.
• Identify and escalate atypical results, OOS/OOT, deviations, sample issues, or data-integrity concerns.
• Provide on-the-job training and qualification support for QC Operators.
• Verify equipment readiness, calibration status, archives, and housekeeping.
• Participate in pre-production checks and investigations assigned by the QC Manager.
• Contribute observations to trend analysis and SOP updates.
